The Found New Hardware Screen Appears When the Scanner Is Connected to a Computer

1. Check The scanner may have been connected before installing the applications from the Setup CD-ROM or the web page.

   Disconnect the USB cable from the computer, then click Cancel in the Found New Hardware (Windows XP: Found New Hardware Wizard) screen to close it. Then install the applications from the Setup CD-ROM or the web page.
